About the Emporium
A growing collection of interactive physics simulations and visual explanations - designed to help students build intuition, not just memorise procedures.
What this is
The Emporium is built around a simple idea: physics becomes dramatically easier when you can see what the maths is saying. Where possible, the simulations are designed so students can change one thing at a time and watch the consequences unfold.
Who made this?
The site is created and maintained by a UK physics teacher, built independently, and reflects one educator’s approach to making difficult ideas feel clear, honest, and intellectually satisfying.
This site is not affiliated with any exam board or institution.
Use and limitations
All simulations and explanations are provided for educational purposes only. Care is taken to be accurate, but no guarantee is made that the material is error-free or appropriate for every syllabus, cohort, or context.
Users remain responsible for verifying results, interpretations, and conclusions - particularly where assessment, practical work, or safety is concerned.
